CHECKING IN
Concierge
Check in time is 3:00pm. Our concierge will contact you a few days before your arrival to prepare the house for your stay.
Entry
Our concierge will make arrangements for you arrival. The home is part of a private, 24hr secured condo and access is only given to authorized guests. There is a buzzer with a camera for entry. When you arrive a staff member will direct you to the house and answer questions you may have.
OUR STAFF
Daily Cleaning and more
Daily cleaners will come to clean the house and launder any necessary towels or bedding. There is an option for a cook if you like. These arrangements can be made with our concierge.
PARKING
A car is not necessary, all amenities are accessible by foot, although there are many nearby beaches and locations worth visiting if you are staying in Trancoso for a while.
For parking, we recommend the paid parking lot adjacent to the condo complex. You can purchase multiple days at a discount. Street parking is free if you are driving around the town but it is safer to park overnight in the lot.
